A full refund is available before the client submits the completed project brief. Email hello@your-copywriter.com with subject "Refund Request" and your order details. Processed within 7 business days via original payment method.
Once the project brief is submitted and work begins, the fee is non-refundable.
If the provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, the client may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work.
